Clinical Hypnotherapy – A Path to Positive Change
Hypnotherapy gently and effectively taps into the subconscious mind to help change old patterns that no longer support one's well-being. Many of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotional reactions gradually become connected with past experiences. Although these behaviors once guided us, they can now be a source of stress, emotional blockages, or even difficult-to-change behaviors.

When under hypnosis, I make use of a deeply relaxed condition wherein the mind becomes highly open and receptive. During that time, it is certainly possible to identify and get rid of limiting beliefs and, at the same time, develop healthier emotional responses and new perspectives. You stay aware and in control the entire time, you just let your mind relax and focus inwardly. Hypnotherapy sessions usually last for an hour to an hour and a half and start with a talk about the habits or issues that you would like to tackle. Afterwards, I take you to a quiet and concentrated state where deep inner work is possible. Many people notice good changes after only a few sessions. Clinical hypnotherapy is a great way to reconnect with your inner strengths and achieve lasting emotional healing and personal changes.

Living with chronic health challenges can be exhausting, especially when it feels like the focus is only on managing symptoms rather than understanding what may be causing them. Many long-term conditions, such as digestive discomfort, skin concerns, autoimmune issues, anxiety, or ongoing fatigue, often have deeper roots connected to lifestyle, stress, and overall well-being. My approach begins by taking the time to understand your personal health story. With a background in both conventional medicine and holistic health, I work individually with you to explore the possible underlying factors contributing to your symptoms. This allows us to look beyond short-term relief and focus on building sustainable, long-term improvements for your health. Through personalized health and nutrition counselling, I guide you in understanding your medical results, daily habits, nutrition, and stress patterns. Together, we identify practical changes that can support your body and help restore balance. This tailored approach is designed to help you better understand your body and feel more confident in your health decisions. My role is to support and guide you with the right tools so you can take an active, empowered role in your healing journey.

FOR CANCER TREATMENT SUPPORT

Cancer Treatment Support: Holistic Guidance During a Difficult Time Participating in chemotherapy or radiotherapy may be a tough operation, both physically and mentally. This support program is committed to being with you through this difficult phase by offering holistic guidance as well as medical treatment. Furthermore, although it does not substitute medical care, it is designed to help make some of the problems that can arise with cancer and its treatment less difficult for you and your family, physically and emotionally. After going through cancer treatment myself and also being a source of support to others in the same situation, I know that being heard, supported, and guided is a very significant factor. Therefore, I offer services that help you manage this period with less stress and stronger resilience through the use of better nutrition and lifestyle, stress control, and maintaining your emotional level. For each month, you get expert and targeted health and nutrition counselling sessions where together we aim to develop ideas to fortify the treatment and control the side effects that may be present. Besides, you are given a special hypnotherapy session to help you in getting your mind and body at ease and to keep stress at a minimum during treatment periods. Not only this but I am always there during weekdays for online support so that you can never feel alone when you need encouragement or just somebody to guide you.

Back to Self Programme – A Journey Toward Inner Balance The Back to Self Programme is a three-month transformation journey designed for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and lasting personal change. Whether you feel stuck in repetitive patterns, navigating intense emotional connections, or searching for greater clarity and purpose, this program supports you in reconnecting with yourself and restoring inner balance. Sometimes, powerful relationships or life experiences can lead to overwhelming thoughts, emotional confusion, or a sense of losing connection with who we truly are. This program focuses on helping you return to your own centre. By cultivating self-awareness and inner peace, it becomes easier to shift perspectives, release emotional blocks, and create healthier patterns in life and relationships. Through a holistic approach that combines clinical hypnotherapy with health and nutrition counselling, I guide you in aligning mind and body throughout your transformation. Hypnotherapy helps explore subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns, while lifestyle and nutrition guidance support your overall wellbeing. Over three months, the programme includes personalised hypnotherapy sessions, health and nutrition counselling, and ongoing online support during the week. The goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

FOR HEALING RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD PROGRAMME - HYPNONUTRITION

Healing Relationship with Food – Hypnonutrition Programme This four-month programme is designed for people who wish to break free from emotional eating, restrictive dieting, or a difficult relationship with food. Rather than focusing on strict rules or short-term solutions, the programme supports you in developing a calmer, more balanced connection with food and your body. By combining clinical hypnotherapy with health and nutrition counselling, the approach addresses both the emotional and physical aspects of eating habits. Through hypnotherapy, I guide you in exploring subconscious beliefs, emotional triggers, and long-standing patterns that may influence the way you eat. At the same time, nutrition counselling provides practical guidance to help you nourish your body with greater awareness, confidence, and self-care. Over four months, the programme includes personalised hypnotherapy sessions, dedicated health and nutrition counselling, and supportive online guidance during the week to help you stay on track between sessions. The goal of this journey is to help you move away from guilt, restriction, or frustration around food and instead develop a more intuitive, compassionate relationship with eating. By reconnecting with your body’s signals and needs, you can build lasting habits that support both your physical health and emotional well-being.
