While conventional treatments can work wonders for short-term symptom relief, they may not always provide the lasting improvements we’re looking for. That’s where I come in.
In recent years, scientific research has shown how deeply our emotional and psychological well-being affects our physical health, particularly in chronic conditions. Things like daily stress, unresolved emotions, challenging life events, or even the lifestyle habits we’ve developed can all play a role in the onset of these issues. Often, we already have a sense of what’s triggering our symptoms—we just need help uncovering and addressing those factors.

How Hypnotherapy Can Help You Transform
Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to access the subconscious mind and reframe the beliefs and judgments that have been deeply ingrained over time.
Every day, your conscious mind filters your experiences through interpretations shaped by your life story. While these judgments often help you make sense of the world, they can sometimes stop serving you—leading to stress, emotional responses, and even physical health challenges.
Through hypnosis, we can access the theta brainwave state, where those limiting beliefs and patterns can be released. This allows us to create new neurological pathways, paving the way for healthier emotional responses and behaviors that align with the life you want to live.
What happens during hypnotherapy?
When you’re awake, your conscious mind is in charge. When you sleep, your subconscious takes over and “speaks” to you through dreams. Hypnotherapy is a unique state where your conscious mind remains awake, but steps back to let your subconscious lead. You’re always fully in control—aware of everything that happens and able to decide how deeply you want to go into the hypnotic state.
Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. We’ll start by identifying the emotional patterns or behaviors you want to address. Once you’re ready, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state where we can access your subconscious mind. The depth of hypnosis you experience is entirely up to you, and everyone can benefit from this process as long as they’re open and willing to work on themselves.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need between 5 and 10 sessions to fully explore and resolve a specific issue.

What Is Hypno-Nutrition?
Hypno-nutrition is a fresh, holistic approach to nutrition that helps you heal your relationship with food by reconnecting your mind and body. For many of us, our emotional connection with food acts as a coping mechanism—helping us deal with deeply rooted beliefs and self-judgments that we might not even be aware of.
Our conscious mind only makes up about 10% of our brain, while the rest—the subconscious—holds the beliefs and patterns that shape how we think, feel, and act. By using hypnotherapy, we can access the subconscious to identify and heal the emotional roots of our relationship with food, helping us move toward a healthier, more balanced diet and lifestyle.
How Does It Work?
In certain situations, we’re forced to repress our emotions. Over time, these emotions don’t just disappear—they are stored in our bodies, sometimes crystallizing in tissues or creating ongoing stress in our minds. This can lead to unexplained symptoms, such as digestive issues, food intolerances, or chronic pain. Often, these symptoms stem from accumulated stress or unprocessed emotions.

Each session has two parts:

2. Hypnotherapy: I’ll guide you into a relaxed state to access your subconscious mind, where we’ll reinterpret the beliefs and judgments that are holding you back. This process helps you rebuild a healthy, balanced relationship with food and your body.

Thanks to a comprehensive medical background, and as a holistic nutritionist I offer different workshops and courses, where I help to disentangle the true from the false and give you the information you need to better understand your health.
