1. Scope of Practice & Practitioner Credentials

• Integrated Medical Background: The practitioner holds formal training as a medical doctor and medical biologist. This practice leverages deep scientific and biological knowledge to deliver an integrated, holistic, mind-body approach to health and personal optimization.

• Distinct Methodology: While grounded in medical science, the services offered—specifically hypnotherapy and health coaching—focus on subconscious mind training, nervous system regulation, behavioral transformation, and lifestyle optimization.

• Non-Clinical Role: By engaging these services, you acknowledge that the practitioner is operating exclusively in the capacity of a holistic health coach and hypnotherapist. These services are deliberate, non-clinical interventions and do not establish a traditional allopathic physician-patient relationship.

• Complementary Application: Our work is designed to address the root mind-body connections of well-being. It is meant to empower your self-directed health journey and can operate alongside your primary or specialist healthcare providers.

2. Client Autonomy & Suitability

• Active Engagement: Hypnotherapy and health coaching are collaborative processes that require your active participation, self-reflection, and personal commitment.

• Right of Referral: We reserve the right to determine whether our holistic methodology is suitable for your current goals. If your needs require acute clinical intervention, emergency medical management, or specialized psychiatric care, we reserve the right to decline service or refer you to appropriate clinical facilities.

• Safety Precaution: You agree never to listen to hypnosis recordings, self-hypnosis exercises, or deep relaxation tracks while driving, operating machinery, or engaged in any activity requiring full alertness.

3. Personal Responsibility & Results

• Individual Outcomes: Our methodology combines scientific biological principles with subconscious coaching. However, individual outcomes depend heavily on personal application, lifestyle factors, physiological uniqueness, and ongoing commitment. No specific result, health change, or cure can be guaranteed.

• Client Autonomy: You retain full autonomy and responsibility for all decisions, actions, and lifestyle changes made during or following your sessions.

4. Financial Terms, Cancellations, & Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for online sessions, and within 30 days following an in-person session, unless an authorized installment payment plan has been established in writing.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to forfeiture or a late cancellation fee.

• Refund Policy: Delivered sessions, custom hypnosis audio recordings, and downloaded digital materials are non-refundable. Unused portions of coaching packages are governed by the specific terms set out in your initial package agreement.

5. Confidentiality & Legal Boundaries

• Privacy: All personal details, session discussions, and coaching records are held in strict confidence, adhering to standard professional privacy principles.

• Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law, pursuant to a court order, or if the practitioner reasonably determines there is an imminent risk of serious physical harm to you or others.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, website content, audio recordings, and written materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of this practice. They are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this practice, its owner, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in these coaching services or your reliance on information provided on this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
